- 190g of buononaturale Tomato sauce with seitan
- 290g of buononaturale Fusilli

Seitan is certainly a key ingredient of vegan cuisine as it is rich in protein and low in fat. It is obtained by the processing of wheat flour. Without cholesterol, seitan is generally a perfect ingredient for almost every diet; however, beware in case of gluten allergies.

OUR PROCEDURE:
- Dip the buononaturale Fusilli in abundant salted boiling water;
- Pour the contents of the buononaturale jar of Tomato sauce with seitan into a pan and heat it by adding a little bit of the cooking water of the pasta;
- Drain the pasta al dente and mix it with the sauce;
- While constantly mixing, cook all together for a couple of minutes;
- Plate up.
