The buononaturale Vegetable pesto is an organic and vegan-friendly dressing. Besides its iconic sweet and strong basil aroma, our Vegetable pesto differs from the more traditional Ligurian pesto in its use of cashews in lieu of animal-derived ingredients such as cheese. This delicate sauce can be used for both traditional first courses and more creative second courses.
