FRESH STUFFED PASTA MADE FROM EGGS
The buononaturale freshRavioliniare handmade in the fertile southern Italian region of Irpinia. Their puffy dough is made from durum wheat flour, soft wheat flour, eggs, and water, and contains an elegant heart filled with ricotta and cured ham (or prosciutto crudo), the result of years of ingredient research. The Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) tecnique employed allows for a shelf life of 45 days.
Ingredients:
Dough (55%): Durum WHEAT semolina, soft WHEAT flour type “00”, fresh EGGS, water.
Stuffing (45%): Pork and beef 60%, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, brewer’s yeast, salt), raw ham (pork leg, salt), mortadella (pork, salt, PISTACHIO, sugar, natural flavoring, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite), Parmigiano Reggiano PDO 4.47% (MILK, rennet, salt), cooked ham (pork leg, salt, sucrose, fructose, dextrose, wine, flavor enhancers: monosodium glutamate, spices, natural flavors, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrate), fresh EGGS, salt, pepper.
