FRESH PASTA
The buononaturale fresh Potatognocchi are handmade in the fertile southernItalianregion of Irpinia. Their dough is made from potato flour, soft wheat flour, eggs, and water, granting our fresh Gnocchi a soft yet cohesive texture. The Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) tecnique employed allows for a shelf life of 45 days.
Ingredients: Potato flour (65%), corn starch, WHEAT starch, WHEAT flour type “00”, salt, EGG yolk, aromas.
