FRESH PASTA MADE FROM EGGS
The buononaturale fresh Squid ink tagliatellle are handmade in the fertile southern Italian region of Irpinia. Their dough is made from durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, squid ink, eggs, and water. Our Squid ink tagliatelle are uniquely flavorful and tenacious, therefore releasing less starch during the cooking process. The Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) tecnique employed allows for a shelf life of 45 days.
Ingredients: Durum WHEAT semolina, soft WHEAT flour type “00”, fresh EGGS, water, squid ink (3%).
