- 250g of buononaturale Polenta with porcini mushrooms
- 120g of buononaturale Black olive patè

The high content of good fats, vitamins, and minerals makes olives one of the most highly used foods in our kitchens. This patè may be used in full-fledged dishes, for appetizers, or as finger food.

OUR PROCEDURE:
- Follow the recipe described on the buononaturale package of Polenta with porcini mushrooms;
- Pour everything into a mixer and smooth on 1mm baking paper with a spatula;
- Dry at 70°C in an open oven to lose all the moisture, for about 6 hours;
- Cut regularly and fry in hot oil;
- Accompany the buononaturale Black olive patè with these puffed tacos
