CLASSIC DURUM WHEAT FOCACCIA
The buononaturale classic Focaccia owes its intense, decisive, and aromatic flavor to its origins: it is made from remilled durum wheat semolina obtained through the rigorous selection of grains and the use of natural yeast. Enjoy this simple focaccia as accompaniment to all sorts of vegetables and salami, or on its own. Our focaccia is tall, soft, and fluffy, being produced according to the ancient Apulian tradition of focaccia making.
Ingredients: Durum WHEAT flour (64.8%), water, extra-virgin olive oil (4%), salt, natural yeast.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Let the product defrost at room temperature for about 15 minutes and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 7-8 minutes; otherwise, place the frozen product in the oven, increasing the cooking time by about 3 minutes. Allow it to cool before portioning.
STORAGE TEMPERATURE: Refrigerate at <-18°C.
