Our gelato-sorbet is made artisanally from a high percentage of natural, fresh, and seasonal Italian fruit of the highest quality. We use an innovative recipe that preserves the softness of our gelato-sorbet as if it had just been made. Our gelato-sorbet is available in its natural fruit shell, packaged directly in its fruit shell and entirely handmade.

Our gelato-sorbetto is also available in more gluttonous variants: pistachio, hazelnut, salted caramel biscotto, and amarena cherry croccante.
