MEDITERRANEAN FOCACCINA MADE FROM REMILLED DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA
The buononaturale Mediterranean focaccia owes its intense, decisive, and aromatic flavor to its origins: it is made from remilled durum wheat semolina obtained through the rigorous selection of grains and the use of natural yeast. Enjoy this flavorful focaccia, which encapsulates the typical flavors and aromas of the Mediterranean Sea basin, as accompaniment to all sorts of vegetables and salami, or on its own. Our focaccia is tall, soft, and fluffy, being produced according to the ancient Apulian tradition of focaccia making.
Ingredients: Remilled durum WHEAT semolina 51.9%, water, cherry tomatoes 15.5%, green pitted olives 7.7%, extra-virgin olive oil 3.9%, salt, natural yeast, oregano.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Let the product defrost at room temperature. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for about 5-6 minutes. Allow it to cool before portioning.
