FRESH PASTA MADE FROM EGGS

The buononaturale fresh Fusilli are handmade in the fertile southern Italian province of Irpinia. Their dough is made from durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, eggs, and water. Our Fusilli are flavorful and tenacious, therefore releasing less starch during the cooking process. The Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) tecnique employed allows for a shelf life of 45 days.
