FRESH PASTA MADE FROM EGGS
The buononaturale fresh Lasagna leaves are handmade in the fertile southern Italian region of Irpinia. The dough is made from durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, eggs, and water, granting our lasagna leaves a cohesive texture. The Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) tecnique employed allows for a shelf life of 25 days.
