OCCASION:

  • Pour the contents of one of the buononaturale Ready-to-cook meals into a pan, add boiling water, and stir occasionally. Follow the instructions on the package to obtain a plate of Risotto with an inebriating aroma and a creamy consistency. Season with Parmigiano Reggiano, smoked Provola, or cream cheese according to taste.
  • Use the buononaturale classic varieties of Italian Rice for risotto-making. Otherwise, cook the two wholegrain and detoxifying varieties together with vegetables or fish for light meals.
  • Simply combine the buononaturale Boiled legumes with your rice base, to create thrilling first and second courses alike. Thanks to these organic specialties, there is no need to leave your home in order to savor the distinct flavors and aromas of Italy’s unique regional cuisines. These legumes have been grown and consumed across the Italian peninsula for centuries. Consider the auspical value that lentils held in ancient Roman times; to this day, we still eat them on New Year’s Eve for luck and prosperity.
  • Finally, whip up a simple chantilly cream by combining 90g of the buononaturale Dried fruit spread creams with 250g of vegetable whip cream, for a surprising result. Spread the cream thus obtained over croutons or rice cakes to serve as dessert during an evening with family or friends.
