FRESH STUFFED PASTA MADE FROM EGGS
The buononaturale fresh Ravioli are handmade in the fertile southern Italian region of Irpinia. Their puffy dough is made from durum wheat flour, soft wheat flour, eggs, and water, and contains a heart filled with ricotta and provola cheese, the result of years of ingredient research. The Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) tecnique employed allows for a shelf life of 45 days.
Ingredients:
Dough (55%): Durum WHEAT semolina, soft WHEAT flour type “00”, fresh EGGS, water.Stuffing (45%): Ricotta (50%) (WHEY, salt), smoked provola (30%) (MILK, rennet, salt), EGGS, Parmigiano Reggiano (MILK, rennet, salt), salt, pepper, parsley.
