ROSEMARY DURUM WHEAT FOCACCIA
The buononaturale Rosemary focaccia owes its intense, decisive and aromatic flavor to its origins: it is made from remilled durum wheat semolina obtained through the rigorous selection of grains and the use of natural yeast. Enjoy this intensely aromatic focaccia as accompaniment to all sorts of vegetables and salami, or on its own. Our focaccia is tall, softs and fluffy, being produced according to the ancient Apulian tradition of focaccia making.
Ingredients: Remilled durum WHEAT semolina (64.4%), water, extra-virgin olive oil (4.1%), salt, natural yeast, rosemary (0.7%).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Defrost the product at room temperature. Put it in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 8 minutes. Let the product cool before serving.
STORAGE TEMPERATURE: Refrigerate at <-18°C.
