FROZEN PASTA
The buononaturale fresh Tortellini are handmade in the fertile southern Italian region of Irpinia. Their dough is made from durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, water, and fresh eggs, the result of years of ingredient research. Our fresh pasta is unanimously appreciated for its unique flavor and tenacious consistency. It can be stored for a maximum of 18 months from the date of production, thanks to our production process through which we blast chill the fresh pasta to -40°C.
Ingredients:
Puff pastry (45%): Durum WHEAT semolina, WHEAT flour type 00, fresh EGGS 10%, water.
Filling (55%): Pork and beef 45.2%, breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour, water, brewer’s yeast, salt), raw ham 11.3% (pork leg, salt), Mortadella 11.3% (pork, salt, PISTACHIO, sugar, natural flavors, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite), Parmigiano Reggiano 7.5% (MILK, rennet, salt), cooked ham 5.6% (pork leg, salt, sucrose, fructose, dextrose, wine, flavor enhancers: monosodium glutamate, spices, natural flavors, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrate), salt, nutmeg, pepper.
