TRUFFLE SAUCE
The buononaturale Truffle sauce is obtained from the union of carefully selected fine ingredients: champignon mushrooms, black summer truffle, and spices. After its hunting and extraction (“caccia e cavatura”), which is a UNESCO world heritage practice, the buononaturale Truffle is dehydrated and transformed in semi-artisanal laboratories along the Central-Southern Apennines. Our truffle is preserved in extra virgin olive oil and without additives, thereby managing to retain its pungent arome and intense flavor. Combine it with pasta or meat based dishes for memorable meals, or spread it over crunchy croutons for an elegant yet simple Italia style aperitivo.
Ingredients: Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 65%, extra-virgin olive oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittadini) 3%, sweet herbs, salt, aroma.
